R. Linterman, June 26, 1938-January 24, 2009
LINTERMAN, DELLA R. -- Funeral Services are
scheduled for 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2009, at the First
Baptist Church for Della R. Linterman, age 70, of Roswell, who
passed away January 24, 2009 at University Medical Center in
Lubbock, Texas. Rev. Matt Brooks of the First Baptist Church will
conduct the services, assisted by Eugene De Los Santos. Burial will
follow at South Park Cemetery.
Della was born June 26, 1938 in Roswell, New Mexico to Ralph and
Mollie Maes Miranda. Both parents preceded her in death.
She married Alexander Linterman on December 31, 1974. He also
preceded her in death.
Della was a member of the First Baptist Church, and was a local
business owner. She was a member of the Ladies Golf Association,
the BPOElks #969.
Survivors include 2 sons; Sammy Soza and his wife Veronica of
Roswell, and Joe Sosa and his fiancée, Charli Sterrett of Ruidoso,
Step sons; Eric Linterman of Australia and David Linterman and his
wife Ede of Las Vegas, Nevada. Other survivors are 2 daughters;
Molly Kuykendall and her fiancée, Jimmy Sledge of Roswell, and Carol
Silva and her husband, Lorenzo of Roswell, 2 brothers; Paul
Miranda and Jake Miranda and his wife Leticia all of Roswell, and a
sister, Connie Hernandez and her husband Lupe of Roswell.
Grandchildren that survive Della are Johnny Moreno, Jr., Camille
Moreno, Danielle Moreno, Samuel Soza III, Nathan Soza, Valerie
Leaton, John Leaton, Holland Linterman, Peri Linterman, Magen Silva,
Lorenzo Silva, Jr and Gabriela Silva. Also surviving are several
nieces and nephews.

Nathan Soza, Lorenzo Silva, Jr., and Andy Hernandez.
